Hand harvested form the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, this coho salmon is delicately smoked and hand packed into jars. Each jar contains 6.5 ounces of smoked coho salmon. There are no added oils, the oils you see are the salmon's own fats and oils that come out in the canning process.

Each jar of smoked salmon provides traceability back to the fisherman who harvested it, offering a truly traceable seafood.
