• If you are a member of the design or hospitality trade community and are interested in sales tax exemption and/or bulk purchase discounts, please contact us with credentials and we would be happy to set up a trade account. Please note however we are no longer offering holds or in-home tryout, but we do have a 14 day return policy!
• Looking for something specific for a project that you don’t see? We often have hundreds of items in the store and in our workshop that are not yet listed online, if you have something in mind that you don’t see, please feel free to contact us and we may have it or be able to track it down for you!
• Batterby House is happy to offer prop rental services for film and television, photo shoots, or real estate staging.
