PRODUCER Verde comes from Joaquim Moreira in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal. A former fashion industry professional who returned to the land, Joaquim farms 100% organically, keeps native sheep among the olive rows to fertilize the soil, and runs an immaculate mill. His oils are consistently ranked among Portugal's finest.
