This Chef’s Mill is made of solid brass with a material thickness of at least 1 mm and are equipped with a solid, cast grinder that is designed so that it grinds the spices optimally. The 3-part grinding mechanism first guides the spice down into the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and finally completely finely ground. 

Chefs Mill' are intended for peppers and other dried spices — but not salt. Choose between heights of 8", 11" or 13"
