A stunning and rare antique circa early 1900s heavy silver plated double champagne or wine bucket from Bustanoby’s in New York City! Bustanoby’s was located at 39th & Broadway, one of the most popular Broadway “Lobster Palaces” and is one of the most important restaurants in American social history.

In excellent condition, no large dents or damage, just lots of little surface scratches and bumps, and the usual signs of use you would expect from old restaurant silver that was used daily. Very minor tarnish, it will polish up beautifully if desired with wear and discoloration inside from standing water. Made by the Gotham Silver Co. and marked on the base “Bustanoby”

Measures approximately 8.5 inches tall, 14 inches wide across the handles, 6.5” wide across each of the top openings.

The final images of the restaurant and a few pages of their menu are included for historical reference only and are not included with the purchase of this bucket.
