A lovely pair of antique Scottish horn napkin rings with applied sterling silver shields, each engraved with what appears to be a Viking sailing ship and the phrase “Per Mare Stromness.” Excellent antique condition, no damage to the horn and the silver has polished up beautifully. One shield has full sterling, silver hallmarks, the other one is simply marked “STR”
