A beautiful antique circa mid-late 1800s English copper stock pot with lid and bronze handles, professionally polished & restored. In excellent condition, plenty of signs of age and use, small marks and bumps particularly around the rim but no major dents. It sits quite flat, this piece is still watertight and perfectly usable. The fantastic feature of this piece is the flat lid, which can be flipped upside down and used as a round roaster or baking pan. The only issue with the entire piece is that one lid handle is a brass replacement, expertly done and not immediately noticeable or an issue that hurts the usability of the piece in any way.
This pot weighs 10 pounds 8 ounces with 1.9mm thickness at upper rim. Measures approximately 9.5” across with a depth of 9.25”, 13.5” wide including handles.
