A big, beautiful antique circa early 1900s French copper stock pot with brass handles, made by J & E GAILLARD PARIS for the iconic Ritz Carlton New York, professionally restored with new hand applied tin. In excellent condition, plenty of signs of age and use from a commercial kitchen, small marks and bumps particularly around the rim but no major dents. It sits quite flat, this piece is still watertight and perfectly usable.

This heavy, hotel-weight piece weighs 27 pounds 8 ounces empty (!!) with 3.1-3.4mm+ thickness at upper rim. Measures 13” across with a depth of 12.5”
