A beautiful vintage circa 1948 silver plated three piece supreme set from the historic Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco, CA! The supreme set was designed for hotels, railroads and restaurants to use for anything that needed to be kept on ice, like shrimp or crab cocktail, gazpacho, and certain desserts. There is a silver plate bowl and top, with an inner glass bowl made to keep the food separate from the crushed ice around the sides.

Great condition for it's age, no dents, damage or signs of old repairs. It has mild tarnish but will polish up beautifully with minor plate wear inside. Marked on the front and top with the hotel crest, made by Reed & Barton.

Measures nearly 6” wide across the handles by 2.5" tall.
