A beautiful vintage circa 1930s heavy silver plated trophy cup, made for the S. S. De Grasse. The De Grasse was a French ocean liner that sailed for Compagnie Générale Transatlantique from 1924 til 1953. In excellent condition, no dents or damage, just small marks and signs of age/use. It has polished up beautifully! 

Measures approximately 6.5 inches tall.

The ship had a number of notable passengers; actors, actresses, singers and entertainers, but also Jacqueline Bouvier, who travelled aboard De Grasse on a study abroad trip to Paris in 1949.
