A beautiful pair of antique circa 1860-70s heavy Silver Plated candlesticks with an unusual memorial engraving of a woman holding an anchor in one hand and head in the other. In excellent condition for their age, no big dents or damage, just very small signs of use and age and a few bumps to the top drip catchers. They have minor tarnish that will polish up nicely if desired, but overall the silver plate is thinning and worn in areas, so there is a bit of a brassy hue to the candlesticks. Marked as made by Hawksworth, Eyre & Co on the base.
Candlesticks measure approximately 9 inches tall.
