This is easily the best grapefruit marmalade we’ve ever tasted! Just grapefruit, lemon and sugar...that’s really all there is to it. Made in very small batches here in Columbia County with local fruits the old fashioned way, with no added pectin or preservatives. Try it on toast with or without ricotta, or muddled with fresh citrus then topped with vodka or gin!
