A stunning antique circa 1890s to very early 1900s heavy copper rondeau pot with tin lining and a riveted bronze handles, made by Dehillerin. 

This is a beautiful handcrafted piece, made to last generations. The copper is very heavy, at the rim it is around 3.5-3.6mm, and gets much thicker at the base. There are plenty of marks and bumps to the outside, as to be expected from a piece that was used in a commercial environment for decades. The handles are sturdy and well-connected with three big rivets. The pan has been polished and re-tinned and is ready for use! The pan has been stamped 40 on one side near the handle, with an early Dehillerin linear mark on one side.

Measures nearly 16” across not including handles by 5” deep. 3.5-3.6mm width at the lip, thicker at the base. Weighs approximately 21 lbs. Sits flat on our gas range, but might have a very slight wobble on an extremely flat cooktop such as glass.
