Lebanese style za'atar, made with dried herbs, sesame, sumac, salt and zero fillers. When we still had our bed-and-breakfast, this za’atar and a healthy pour of good olive oil was our favorite topping for the heirloom tomato salad we served alongside our famous (infamous?) grilled cheese Benedict.
