A stunning antique circa 1890s to very early 1900s heavy copper sauté with tin lining and a riveted iron handle, made by Dehillerin. 

This is a beautiful handcrafted piece, made to last generations. The copper is very heavy, at the rim it is around 3mm, and gets much thicker at the base. There are small surface marks here and there, as to be expected from a piece that was used in a commercial environment for decades, but no signs of old repairs and no dents or damage. The iron handle is sturdy and well-connected. The pan has been polished and re-tinned and is ready for use! The pan is stamped “DEHILLERIN 18 RUE DE COQUIELLERE PARIS”

Measures 13” across by 3.5” deep, 26.5” total length including handle. 2.8-3.3mm width at the lip, thicker at the base. Weighs nearly 14 lbs!
