Meet Disco Inferno, hot bitters for the perfect spicy cocktail. For a powerful heat, we blend Bird’s Eye, Scotch Bonnet, Aji Panca, and Chiltepin chilis. Cinnamon adds a different style of heat while mint contributes a cooling sensation and pleasant tingle. The mixture is softened with rosewater and sea salt. In this spicy cocktail enhancer, ingredients are infused as whole botanicals into high-proof brandy (a nod to our Wisconsin roots).
