Rose Petals, Hibiscus, Lavender Rose Buds, Tea, Bittering Agents, Spices, & Honey .
‘What’s in a name That which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet’
All of the rose petals and lavender in this flavor are grown locally. As soon as spring begins, Bitter Girl begins picking roses and drying the petals. This is one of their original flavors and a great example of what Bitter Girl Bitters does; homegrown ingredients from gardens in Sonoma and Marin County. There are flavors of rose, hibiscus, and a hint of lavender, with notes of black tea and honey. This flavor pairs well with tequila, gin, vodka, and whiskey. It is also a great addition to pastries, whipped cream and other desserts.
