A lovely antique Victorian era, circa 1870-1900, silver plated master butter knife with twisted handle. Originally designed to keep a butter covered blade from ruining a tablecloth, these knives are now perfect for cheese and charcuterie. They measure 6.5 to 7.5 inches in length, and are all in excellent condition with a beautiful antique patina but no damage or issues with the silver plating.
