A beautiful antique circa 1890-1910 silver plated trophy with oak leaf and acorn trim and two boar handles, engraved on one side to read: “Union Horse Nail Co. Stake” Great condition for its age, no major dents or damage, just a couple very shallow bumps. The handles are tightly attached to the cup without any breaks or damage, just a slight split in one due to age related shrinkage. Mild tarnish that will polish up a bit if desired, but there are some small spots of wear to the plating. Measures approximately 9” tall.

The final few photos are old advertisements found in Chicago business directories from 1892-1911, they were all I was able to find out about this company that appears to disappear right about WWI. They are provided for historical reference only and are not included with the cup.
