A beautiful antique circa early 1900s copper and sterling silver pot with riveted brass handles made by Joseph Heinrichs for the iconic Plaza hotel in New York City!
Good antique condition, this is a piece that really shows it age and use in a commercial environment; lots of signs of age and use, small bumps and dings, but no major damage or signs of old repairs. Some scratches and old utensil marks in the center, a couple tiny pinpoints of copper showing through the sterling. Mild tarnish to the sterling silver that will polish up beautifully if desired, we have left it to show some of the surface scratches and marks for photographs. Two sturdy rivets securely hold each handle to the body of this piece. We have a few of these pots and they are being sold individually.
Measures 7" in length including handles, 4.5" without handles, by 2.5" deep. Measures approximately 2mm thick at the rim.
