A beautiful antique circa mid-late 1800s french copper turbotiere fish poaching/roasting pan with big bronze handles, original insert and tin lining. Originally made for poaching a whole Turbot fish, but it is also perfect as a roasting pan!

In amazing condition for its age, no major dents or damage, just lots of small marks, bumps & dings, and signs of use you would expect from a piece of kitchenware that is 120-150 years old. The handles are still firmly attached. It has been professionally restored and retinned and is ready for use! 

This impressively sized piece measures approximately 22.5 inches long by 17 inches wide by 4.25 inches deep, and weighs a bit over 15 pounds empty!
