An antique circa mid to late-1800s French copper daubiere or braising pan with lid. Weighing in at more than 8 pounds, this super-sturdy piece was definitely built to last. This antique pan has been cleaned, polished and lined with hand-applied tin. In excellent condition, small surface marks that you would expect from 120+ year old copper cookware, small marks and dings but no damage or structural issues.
Measures 11” long by 7” wide (12.5” wide including handle length) by 6.75” tall. Weighs nearly 8.5 lbs.
