A fabulous antique circa late 1800s french Burl wood cigar cutter with hand-forged iron blade, match holder and secret compartment. Expertly handcrafted, this is such an incredible piece, definitely a conversation starter. It has been part of our personal collection for years but sadly the time has come to pare down a bit. I will be worry to say goodbye to it!

In excellent condition for its age, no major chips or damage to the wood, just a few small edge bumps only visible when looking very closely. A beautiful antique patina to the wood and the iron chopper. The chopper may need to be sharpened a bit by a professional chef’s knife sharpener (or by hand if you’re handy at things like that) if you want to actually use it to chop cigars.

Measures approximately 8” in diameter by 3.5” tall. The iron blade is a bit over 2.5” long.
