A stunning antique circa 1880-90s heavy copper saute pan with tin lining and a riveted iron handle, made for the iconic paris department store A La Ménagère. 

This is a beautiful handcrafted piece, made to last generations. The copper is very heavy, at the rim it is around 2mm, and gets much thicker at the base. There are small marks to the outside, as to be expected from a piece that was used in a commercial environment for decades, but no signs of old repairs and no dents or damage. The iron handle is sturdy and well-connected. The pan has been polished and re-tinned and is ready for use!

Measures 9.5” across by 3.5” deep, 16” total length including handle. 2.1mm width at the lip. Weighs nearly 5 lbs!
