An antique circa 1890s English porcelain/china match striker made to look like snake skin, with a sterling silver rim. The striker is in excellent condition with just a few tiny dints to the silver, the pottery base has slight wear and a few scratches from striking matches but is otherwise in excellent condition. Sterling rim is hallmarked for sterling silver but I am unable to make out the date or city mark.

Measures slightly over 2.25" tall by 2.75" wide.
