A stunning antique circa early 1900s copper cooking pot with new hand applied tin lining and a riveted iron handle, made by Moresi and Lucca of London, known for making copper, for some of England’s finest hotels. marked Gildredge on one side, I believe this mark is from the Gildredge hotel in East Sussex England.

This is a beautiful piece, made to last generations. A new tin lining was hand applied and it has been polished to a beautiful shine, so it is ready to use again! There are plenty of small marks to the outside, as to be expected from a piece that was used for decades. The iron handle is sturdy and well-connected. 

Measures 8" across by 4.5” deep, 15” long including handle. 1.8-2mm width at the lip. Weighs 5 lbs. 8 oz. empty!
