A beautiful antique circa early 1900s heavy Copper pot with iron handle and tin lining, made for use by the B&O railroad! In excellent antique condition, this pot was used daily in the service of a railroad dining car, so it shows many signs of use and age, but no damage or issues that would affect it’s usability. The handle rivets are all nice and tight, the pot has been professionally polished and re-tinned so it is ready for use! Stamped “B&O” on one side. The capacity is approximately 2.5 quarts. Nice, thick hotel-quality walls approx. 2.5-2.8mm at the rim and thicker at the base.
Measures 13 inches long along the handle, 6.25 inches wide across the pot opening by 5.5 inches tall. Weighs 3.5 pounds.
