Originated and most loved in Peru, it shows up as a table condiment next to red onion and garlic. Aji Amarillo, golden inside and out you can taste the sunshine through it’s tropical origins. Pour it on everything that needs a zest and a burst of mild heat. The creaminess is great for chicken, fish, a base for dressings & sauces, salads and even a marinade.
