A lovely vintage circa 1951 silver plated serving or fruit compote from the Hotel Washington in Washington DC. In excellent condition, no dents or damage, just a slight bump to one edge. It has polished beautifully. Marked underneath with the hotel name, with their crest on the front. Made by Reed and Barton, marked with their date stamp for manufacture in the year 1951.

Measures approximately 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches wide across the top.
