A beautiful vintage circa 1947 heavy silver plated 144 ounce capacity punch bowl from the historic Garden City Hotel in Garden City, New York! It has polished up beautifully with only one tiny spot of light wear on the inside. Marked on the front with the hotel logo, underneath with the hotel name and international silver marks plus the date stamp for the year 1947. This big bowl could be used as a large serving bowl, and is also big enough to fill with ice for a few bottles of wine or champagne! Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches across not including handles, 14 inches across including handles, by 6 inches tall.
