A wonderful English circa 1944 heavy wooden lawn bowling or bowls ball, with two plaques, one engraved for the 1944 tournament, and the other engraved with the number 1! In excellent condition without damage, though the ball certainly shows some age and use, since it was used in the winning game. 

The ball measures approximately 4.5 inches tall.
