A rare vintage circa 1934 silver plated three piece cocktail shaker made by international silver for the Shoreham hotel in Washington DC! The lid functions as a dial that turns to indicate the contents of the shaker, there are 10 drink markers including: Manhattan, martini, Gibson, Jack Rose, Dubonnet, Bronx, Waldorf, Lone Tree, Bicardi, and Clover Club.
In excellent working condition, no dents or damage, just some light surface scratches or mark. This piece is still watertight and works beautifully! Very minor tarnish, no silverplate wear. Marked on the base The Shoreham with International Silver marks for the year 1934.
Measures approx. 8.25” tall. This shaker holds 16 ounces and weighs nearly 1.5 pounds empty!
