A stunning vintage circa 1929 cobalt glazed china teapot with art deco silver plated lid and frame, from the Lake Shore Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio! In excellent condition, no dents or damage to the silver, just the usual small marks and signs of use you would expect from old hotel silver that was used daily. No chips to the teapot body, though if you look inside the pot there is a surface crack in the glaze, this crack does not go all the way through into the teapot body but is merely a surface defect. Marked on the base as made by Hall, the silver frame was made by International Silver, marked with the hotel name underneath the lid. The teapot has the date stamp for manufacture in the year 1929, this was the year the hotel opened so that means this little pot was from their very first silver order!

Measures approximately 4.25 inches tall by 6.25 inches from spout to handle
