A lovely antique circa 1911 heavy silver plated ice or wine bucket from the Plant Line, part of the Plant System of railroads and steamships. A rare piece of steamship & railroad history!

This bucket is in excellent condition for its age, no dents or damage, just some small marks and signs of use on the outside. The inside shows some scratches, marks and discoloration as it has seen a lot of use over the last 110 years or so. Made by Elkington, marked with the date stamp for manufacture in the year 1911.

Measures approximately 7.75” tall to top of handles by 6.25” across.
