Made with apple cider from northern Massachusetts this ACV is American Vinegar Works’ tribute to Johnny Appleseed, who was born exactly 19.53 miles from their vinegar works and is credited with spreading (cider!) apple trees. We are smitten by this slightly sweet and highly tangy small-batch New England ACV.

Taste Profile: Tangy with just a hint of sweetness. Caramel color.
Production Process: Slow fermented and finished with Vermont cook apple cider. Aged in 25 gallon American oak barrels.
