A beautiful antique circa 1818 English sterling silver trophy cup, hand engraved with a beautifully rendered turnip on the front and engraved on the other side to read:

In amazing condition for its age, no major dents or damage, just a couple shallow surface bumps and marks. It has polished up beautifully! Marked with full English hallmarks for sterling silver assayed in London in the year 1818. Made by Peter & Ann Bateman.
