A beautiful antique circa early 1900s French copper roasting pan with brass handles and tin lining from the famed Maxim’s restaurant in Paris. In good condition for its age, no big dents or damage, just lots of small marks, bumps and signs of use you would expect from a piece of commercial kitchenware that is 100+ years old. The handles are still firmly attached. This piece has seen a lot of heavy use in a commercial kitchen, each corner shows old bronze and brass repairs. It has been professionally restored in our studio; deep-cleaned, polished, re-tinned and ready for use! 

Marked with a time worn "J. GAILLARD Paris" and "Maxim’s R." on one side, “Maxim’s” and “ADA” on the other.

This restaurant sized piece measures approximately 22 inches long by 18 inches wide by 3.5 inches deep with 2.7-3mm walls. Weighs over 26 pounds empty!
