Curio worked with author Betty Liu to create this addictive chili crisp 'dust' to celebrate her new book The Chinese Way (September 2024). Chili crisp, as a condiment, has taken the world by storm, and now you have an oil-free version that is versatile, crunchy, umami and satisfying. This dust is amazing sprinkled over popcorn or french fries, eggs, avocado toast, fried chicken, soups and noodles!

Ingredients: Chilies, garlic, shallot, sea salt, shiitake, Sichuan pepper berries, orange peel, fennel, star anise, cinnamon.
