A lovely antique circa 1918 silver plated toast rack from the historic Del Monte Lodge in Pebble Beach, made by Gorham for their 1919 reopening after a fire destroyed the original hotel. In excellent condition, no damage, just small surface scratches from polishing and signs of use you would expect from old hotel silver that was used daily. Marked "Del Monte Lodge" on the base with an applied crest on one side. Also marked inside with Gorham marks for manufacture in the year 1918. A rare piece of old Pebble Beach history!

This rack measures approx 5.5 inches tall to the top by slightly under 7 inches long by 4 inches wide.
