An antique circa late-1800s French copper daubiere roasting or braising pan with lid. This super-sturdy piece was definitely built to last. The craftsmanship is superb with dovet or cramp seam construction! Both the body and lid have sturdily attached brass handles. This antique pan has been cleaned, polished and lined with hand-applied tin. In excellent condition, small surface marks that you would expect from 120+ year old copper cookware, small marks and dings but no damage or structural issues. This is a beautiful piece that really shows it’s history!
Measures approximately 12.75” wide by 8” long by 7.25” tall. with approximately 2mm walls!
