A lovely little antique circa 1920s silver plated individual pepper mill made by Christofle for a Compagnie Générale Transatlantique (aka French Line) ship. Excellent vintage condition, small signs of use but no large dents or damage. There is no silver loss on the outside, but some rust on the steel grinding mechanism in the base. It still works beautifully! The front of the grinder features the iconic CGT logo, Christofle marks to the back. This petite mill measures just 3.25” tall
