A beautiful antique 1904 pewter or silver metal trophy cup with an applied crest from Harvard Athletic Association, and engraved on the front as a 440 yard race trophy. The Harvard Athletic Association was formed in 1874, and in 1951 became the Harvard University Department of Athletics. In excellent condition, no big dents or damage, just small surface marks and a bit of out of roundness to the base rim due to a bump. The glass bottom is free of chips or cracks. Masires approximately 4.25” tall.
