A rare piece of old New York restaurant history, an antique circa 1897 silver plated menu holder from the famous Delmonico’s restaurant in New York City! Excellent structural condition, no dents or damage. It has mild tarnish but will polish up beautifully if desired, with minor to moderate wear to the handle. Marked with the restaurant name on one side of the handle with Gorham marks and the date stamp for manufacture in the year 1897 on the other side.
Measures approximately 6” across by 12” tall, hold a piece of paper approximately 8”x5”
