A lovely and rare vintage circa 1940s silver plated bread or pastry serving basket from the iconic Commander’s Palace restaurant in New Orleans! In great condition, no dents or damage, but there are lots of fine surface marks, pin points, bumps, and signs of use you would expect from old hotel silver that was used daily.
