Antique French Copper Roasting Pan

Current stock: 0
A stunning antique French copper tourtière or gratin/roasting pan with two iron loop handles. This is clearly a hand-crafted piece, most likely made in the 1800's. There is no manufacturer's stamp, which is absolutely normal for pieces of this design and age, but the craftsmanship is superb!

As you would expect to find in a 150-200 year old piece of cookware, there are some minor dents & dings to be noted. However, there are no structural issues that interfere with use. The pan is round in shape and the symmetry is very good.

The interior has been lined with hand-applied tin. The lining is clean, bright and completely intact. There is no exposed copper.
